  If your DR Lawn Mower motor fails to start, first, ensure the safety key is properly inserted. Next, check that the battery is correctly installed and fully charged; all four LEDs of the battery test button should light up when pressed. Also, make sure you follow the correct starting sequence: push the safety lock button first, then pull the wire trigger to the handlebar. Finally, the blade might be obstructed; remove the safety key and battery, turn the mower over, and check that the blade spins freely.

  If your DR Lawn Mower battery pack won't charge, first check to see if the battery pack is fully inserted into the charger until the green LED light illuminates. Ensure the charger power cord is plugged into a working outlet by testing the outlet with a lamp or other appliance. Check if the outlet is controlled by a wall switch. Also, the surrounding air temperature may be too hot or cold; move the charger and battery pack to a location where the temperature is between 50ºF (10ºC) and +100ºF (+37.8ºC).

Also, if the mower bogs down or stalls in heavy grass, raise the cutting height, walk more slowly, or cut a narrower swath. If the grass is wet, let it dry before mowing.
