Storage
When not in use, the battery and lter should be removed. Store in a clean, dry environment,
away from direct heat sources between +50˚C and -20˚C, at a humidity of less than 95% (Fig 11).
Deeply discharged batteries may get damaged during prolonged storage. For best results,
charge batteries between 50-70% prior to storage and top up intermittently.
Cleaning
The unit should be properly cleaned before being stored. Clean using a disinfectant wipe or a damp, lint-free
cloth and allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area - as detailed in the table above (Fig 10). The use of strong
cleaning products such as chemical wipes or bleach may have an adverse effect on the unit. If used, they
should be rinsed off immediately. All cleaning and maintenance should be properly recorded. In case of
strong contamination, the fan unit can be rinsed under running water. First, make sure the rechargeable
battery remains inserted - water must not enter the battery compartment. Close suction inlet and tube
connection with protective caps (available as accessories) and rinse under clean water.
