01 X-am 5x00 with alkali supply unit. Insert X-am 5x00 with battery power pack.
02 Interrupted communication to the
X-zone 5500.
Test IR interface on X-zone 5500 and on X-am
5x00.
03 Communication error battery controller
X-zone 5500.
Contact DrägerService.
04 Main battery alarm X-am 5x00. Test charging contacts on X-zone 5500 and on
X-am 5x00.
05 Battery pre-alarm X-am 5x00. Test charging contacts on X-zone 5500 and on
X-am 5x00.
06 Charging current X-am 5x00 too low. Test charging contacts on X-zone 5500 and on
X-am 5x00.
07 Holder (pump or X-am 5100) detected but no
pump installed.
Use holder for diffusion mode.
(Operation with X-am 5100 not possible.)
08 Flow fault Check intake hose.
Holder pump: Check intake hose and pump
filter.
Holder X-am 5100: Check gas inlet filter, cap,
hose and pump filter.
09 Holder status change (pump or X-am 5100)
during running operation.
Check firm fit of the holder (pump or X-am
5100).
10 Check sum error program code Contact DrägerService.
11 Check sum error operating parameter Contact DrägerService.

21 Device error X-am 5x00. Test X-am 5x00.
22 Alarm pattern X-am 5x00 faulty. Contact DrägerService.
23 Incorrect software version in the gas detection
instrument.
Have the software update performed by
DrägerService.
24 Gas type or unit unknown. Test gas measuring devices individually to
ensure that all gases are known. Do not use
gas measuring devices with unknown gases.
25 More than 8 different gases in one group. Test sensor fitting within the group and replace
gas measuring devices if necessary or remove
from the group.
26 Modbus watchdog was not reset by the external
module.
Check connection to the external module or
switch X-zone 5500 off.
29 Battery main alarm Charge X-zone 5500.
30 Battery completely discharged. Charge X-zone 5500.
31 Charging electronics faulty. Contact DrägerService.
32 Communication error battery controller
