Completing the ICS 206 Medical Plan
To complete the ICS 206 following these steps:
1. Select the Forms tab
2. Double click on the ICS 206 form. This will open the form for editing.
3. Add/Verify “Incident Name” and “Operational Period”.
4. Select “Medical Aid Station”
block if desired.
a. Select “Add New Station”
b. Enter desired data into
fields.*
c. Select to “Apply” to add to
the ICS 206 form
d. Select “Close” to remove
tool.
*Data can be edited once added to
form from the form fields.
5. Select “Transportation” block
a. Select “Open Ambulance
Services List” is desired
b. “Drag and Drop” Service
to the “Name” column
-OR-
6. Select “Add New Service”.
c. Enter desired data into
“Add Ambulance Service”
window.
d. Select “Add to Ambulance
Services Library” if you
require the service to be
added to the library.
e. Select “Apply” to save
data.
f. “Select “Close” to exit
window.
