Why is water constantly running down the drain of my DriSteem XT?

  If the DriSteem Humidifier is constantly running water down the drain, it could be due to: * **Malfunctioning Drain Valve:** Use the Test Mode to check the valve's function. * **Debris in Drain Valve:** Remove the cylinder and clean any debris from the drain valve that may be preventing it from closing properly. * **O-ring Issues:** Take out the cylinder and make sure the O-ring in the drain valve is correctly seated in its groove. * **Fill Cup Overflow:** Inspect the internal hoses for any kinks or blockages that might be causing water to flow from the fill cup overflow port.

  If your DriSteem Humidifier is leaking water, inspect the following: * **Plumbing Connections:** Check the supply water connection at the fill valve inlet and tighten if necessary. Inspect internal hose clamp connections, repositioning and tightening clamps as needed. Also, check the steam hose connection on top of the cylinder and tighten the clamp if needed.
