The unit control might not be on, so press the On/Off switch on the display panel and check the transformer electrical connections. The fill valve may be malfunctioning; cycle it in Service mode to see if it opens. If not, verify its electrical connections and check for 24 VAC (terminals 2 and 5). If voltage is present but the valve doesn't open, replace it. Finally, confirm the humidifier isn't in end-of-season drain mode by checking for a humidification demand signal at the control board.
