7 – Troubleshooting
10 Could not nd closure
1. Record the error message on the LCD display
2. Create a support le (Ref. page 2-8)
3. Open the lid and visually check the sample
a. If the closure is not present, draw a new sample and retest
b. If the closure is present, rotate the sample 180 degrees
and rescan the sample
4. If the problem persists, create a new support le and contact

1. Record the error message on the LCD display

3. Open the lid and visually check the sample
a. If no visible buffy layer is observed, draw a new sample
and retest
b. If a visible buffy layer is observed, rotate the sample 180
degrees and rescan the sample
4. If problem persists, create a new support le and contact
