      If your DSC Control Panel displays 'RF Delinquency', it means the HSM2HOST has not received a supervisory signal from a wireless device for 20 minutes. To resolve this, open/close the device, press a key on the keypad, or tamper/restore the device. Ensure the device is physically present and check for any device faults, like a low battery. Check the current signal strength and the signal strength during the last 24 hours. Try replacing the battery or the device itself.

If the trouble clears, inspect the wiring or the RJ-31 phone jack.
