Rimontaggio bilancieri
Disporre sull’attrezzo 88713.0143 il
bilanciere di chiusura (18) e la relativa
molla (9).
Inserire il gruppo attrezzo - bilanciere
- molla nella testa ed installare la spina
88713.0262 per mantenerlo in
posizione.
Inserire provvisoriamente la valvola
(17).
Eseguire la spessorazione laterale
utilizzando le apposite rondelle (5) di
rasamento posizionando la forcella (A)
del bilanciere il più possibile centrata
rispetto allo stelo della valvola.
Gioco minimo tra stelo e bilanciere:
0,15 mm.
Gioco assiale bilanciere chiusura:
0,05 ÷ 0,20 mm.
Togliere l’attrezzo 88713.0262 ed
inserire il perno bilanciere (4).
Importante
Durante il montaggio dei perni
bilanceri (4) assicurarsi che il foro
filettato (B) risulti sul lato esterno
della testa.
Sganciare la molla (9) e rimuovere
l’attrezzo 88713.0143.
Refitting the rocker arms
Fit the closing rocker arm (18) and its
spring (9) to the tool part no.
88713.0143.
Insert the assembled tool-rocker arm-
and-spring into the head and install
the pin part no. 88713.0262 to hold
assembly in place.
Install the valve (17) temporarily.
Fit shims (5) as required to center the
rocker arm fork (A) to valve stem.
Minimum clearance between valve
stem and rocker arm:
0.15 mm.
Axial play of closing rocker arm:
0.05 – 0.20 mm.
Remove tool part no. 88713.0262 and
insert the rocker arm shaft (4).
Caution
Install the rocker arm shafts (4)
with the threaded hole end (B)
pointing outwards.
Release the spring (9) and remove the
tool part no. 88713.0143.
