Smontaggio frizione
APTC
Svitare le viti (1) di fissaggio ed
estrarre gli scodellini (2) e le molle (4)
della frizione.
Sfilare lo spingidisco (5) con il perno di
comando frizione (3). In caso di
necessità, utilizzando un tampone di
diametro opportuno, rimuovere il
cuscinetto (6) montato sul lato interno
dello spingidisco (5).
Avvitare i tre attrezzi 88713.2591
nelle apposite sedi del mozzo (13).
Bloccare l'ingranaggio trasmissione
primaria, inserendo l'attrezzo cod.
88713.0137 e svitare il dado di
fissaggio (8).
Rimuovere la rosetta (9).

Scaricare l’olio motore D 4
Rimuovere il coperchio
frizione

Disassembling the APTC
system
Unscrew the retaining screws (1) and
remove the spring caps (2) and the
clutch springs (4).
Pull out the pressure plate (5) with the
pushrod (3). If needed, extract the
bearing (6) placed on the inside of the
pressure plate (5) using a suitable
drift.
Screw in the three tools part no.
88713.2591 into the suitable
housings on the hub (13).
Lock primary drive gear with tool part
no. 88713.0137 and undo the nut (8).
Remove the washer (9).
