Ricomposizione gruppo mozzo-
dischi-tamburo
Inserire sul tamburo (10) le tre molle
(12) sul pernetto (A). Introdurre sul
mozzo (13) la serie di dischi frizione
(7) partendo con uno degli 11 dischi
conduttori (B), alternati ai 10 dischi
condotti (C).
Montare l'insieme dischi frizione (7)
con mozzo (13) sul tamburo (10).
Attenzione
Nel rimontaggio del tamburo
(10) con il mozzo (13), allineare le
tacche di riferimento (D) e (E).
Inserire i tre attrezzi 88713.2591 per
fissare il mozzo (13) al tamburo (10).
Avvitare i tre attrezzi 88713.2591
manualmente e tenendo premuto
con la mano l'insieme dischi frizione
con mozzo (13), in modo tale da
potere vincere la resistenza delle
molle (12).
Note
Avvitare i tre attrezzi
88713.2532 fino a portare l'insieme
dischi frizione leggermente sotto
carico.
Reassembling the hub-plates-
drum assembly
Fit the three springs (12) on pin (A)
onto drum (10). Fit the clutch plates
(7) on hub (13), start with one of the
11 driving plates (B) alternated with
the 10 driven plates (C).
Fit all clutch plates (7) with hub (13)
on the drum (10).
Warning
While refitting the drum (10)
and hub (13), align the reference
marks (D) and (E).
Insert the three tools part no.
88713.2591 and secure the hub (13)
to the drum (10).
Screw in the three tools part no.
88713.2591 by hand, press with a
hand on the clutch plate pack and hub
(13) to overcome the springs (12)
load.
Note
Screw in the three tools part
no. 88713.2532 until the clutch plates
are slightly loaded.
