Disassembling the clutch
cover
Unscrew the six retaining screws
(19) of the inner cover (17).
Remove inner cover (17) and sound-
deadening panel (6).
Remove the circlip (11) and withdraw
the shim (10) and the seal (9).
The drilled bush (8) is an interference
fit in the cover. Remove with a
suitable puller.
Visually inspect the seal (9) and
replace as required.
Remove the plug (15) and its O-ring
(14), the engine oil pressure switch
(21) and its seal (20) from the cover.

coperchio frizione
Svitare le sei viti (19) di fissaggio
coperchio interno (17).
Rimuovere il coperchio interno (17) e
il pannello assorbente (6).
Rimuovere l'anello seeger (11) e
sfilare il rasamento (10) e l'anello di
tenuta (9).
La boccola forata (8) è montata a
interferenza sul coperchio. Per la sua
rimozione è necessario disporre di un
estrattore adatto.
Verificare visivamente le condizioni
dell'anello di tenuta (9) ed
eventualmente sostituirlo.
Rimuovere dal coperchio il tappo (15)
e relativa guarnizione OR (14),
pressostato olio motore (21) e relativa
guarnizione (20).
