Summary

TSC Proofer Oven Firmware Load Instructions

Initial Power Cycle and USB Insertion

Turn off oven, insert USB drive, then turn oven back on.

Firmware Loading Feedback and Completion

Monitor oven chirps and screen status during firmware loading and completion.

Post-Load Verification and System Reset

Remove USB, replace cap, cycle power, and verify firmware version.

Accessing Special Functions and Enabling Recipes

Enter PIN to access special functions and enable default recipes.
