Functions
Rotation Speed
This allows the rotation to be set at the speed best suited to the load, up to
a maximum allowed by the wrapper. If used to slow down machine speed
during operation, reduce slowly.
Rotation Speed (Secure Top
Sheet)
Used to select the rotation medium speed. The medium speed is used for a
selected number of turns after the top sheet has been applied.
Overwrap
This selector determines the size of the overwrap (the carriage autoheight
photoeye position could affect the overwrap). In inches. If value is not
accurate, please refer to the Film roll settings page
Top Wraps
This selector determines the amount of stretch wrap applied to the top of
the load, adjustable up to 10 layers.
Bottom Wraps
This selector determines the amount of stretch wrap applied to the bottom
of the load, adjustable up to 10 layers. The bottom wraps will be applied at
the end of the wrap cycle, before the deceleration.
Wrapping Upward
Downward
Overlap
This selector determines the quantity of film (in inches) overlapping each
layer when wrapping upward or downward (separate values). If value is not
accurate, please refer to the Film roll settings page.
