ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
7. Attach the temperature gauge (P) by inserting the
probe through the threaded opening on the door
assembly (Q) and turning clockwise. Do not
remove the preinstalled nut, prior to attaching.
NOTE: The alignment of the temperature gauge
can be adjusted by turning the pre-installed nut
clockwise (or counter-clockwise) prior to installing.
8. Place the ash pan (H) inside the smoker body (A)
as shown.
