Why is there no smoke coming from my Dyna-Glo Smoker?
    • E
      Evan MooreJul 28, 2025
If your Dyna-Glo Smoker isn't producing smoke, ensure the wood chip box is at least 3/4 full. Also, the wood chips should be at least 1 to 3 inches in size and no thicker than 1/4 inch. Wood shavings, wood chunks and charcoal are not recommended.

Why does my Dyna-Glo Smoker circuit breaker keep tripping?
    • D
      David DunnAug 3, 2025
If the circuit breaker trips or the fuse blows when using your Dyna-Glo Smoker, it could be due to several reasons. One common cause is that too many appliances are on the same circuit. Try using an outlet on a separate circuit. Another reason could be moisture in the connections; ensure all connections are dry, and avoid using the smoker in wet conditions. A damaged cord can also cause this issue; inspect the cord and replace it if necessary. Finally, a damaged electrical connection may be the cause, requiring the controller to be replaced.

What to do if my Dyna-Glo Smokers has flare-ups?
    • B
      bennettstephanieAug 10, 2025
If you experience flare-ups with your Dyna-Glo Smokers, it may be because the meat contains too much fat; trim the excess fat before cooking. Alternatively, the cooking temperature might be too high; lower it as needed. Lastly, grease build-up can cause flare-ups, so clean the smoker according to the instructions.

How to fix no heat from Dyna-Glo Smoker?
    • P
      Pamela WilsonAug 15, 2025
If your Dyna-Glo Smoker is not heating up, first ensure that the smoker is turned on. If it is on, check for any tripped circuit breakers and reset them if necessary. If neither of these solutions work, the controller or heating element may be faulty and need to be replaced.

What to do for a persistent grease fire in Dyna-Glo Smoker?
    • A
      Angel ContrerasAug 21, 2025
If you have a persistent grease fire in your Dyna-Glo Smoker, turn off the smoker. Carefully open the upper door and remove the bottom drawer to let the fire burn out. Do not use water to extinguish the fire, as personal injury may result. Allow the smoker to cool completely before cleaning the grease drip tray and cup.
