Flare-ups.
Persistent
grease re.
• Meat contains excessive
amounts of fat.
• Cooking temperature is
too high.
• Grease build-up.
• Too much build-up on
grease drip tray and/or
grease cup.
• Trim the appropriate amount of fat
before cooking.
• Lower the temperature as needed.
• Clean the smoker, according to
the instructions.
• Turn off the smoker and carefully open the
upper door and carefully remove the
bottom drawer to allow the re to burn out.
DO NOT use water to extinguish the
re. Personal injury my result.
Allow the smoker to completely cool
before cleaning the tray and cup.
Control Panel
Error Code
(E1, E2, E3 or E4).
• Circuit failure in rebox temp
sensor or meat probe temp
sensor.
• Contact Dyna-Glo customer service for
parts repair or replacement options.
