5.2.14 Cable Length
Depending on the utilized paging station model and amount, and in relation to minimal supply voltage and cable-
diameter, different maximum cable lengths are possible. The following tabulations show some examples for
cable-diameters of 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm and with supply voltages of 24 V, respectively of 21.6 V in emergency
supply operation. For precise calculation, a calculation-chart running under MS-EXCEL 97 is provided.
