1. Chock
Never leave the roller with the engine
running without first pressing the reserve/
parking brake knob.
Make sure that the roller is parked in a safe
place for traffic. Chock the drum and
wheels if the roller is parked on sloping
ground.
Remember the risk of freezing during the
winter. Empty the water tank, emulsion tank,
and also pumps and leads.

Turn off the battery disconnecter and remove the key
at the end of the working period.
This will prevent the battery discharging and
will also make it difficult for any unauthorized
person to start and drive the machine.
Lock the engine hood too.
