Align the D3 for Flight

• With the D3 powered on, Press the Menu button, and then go to “Pitch/Roll Adjust”.
• Press the up/down arrows until the displayed pitch matches the current pitch of the aircraft.
Note that this won’t necessarily be “level”, particularly for taildraggers that are being aligned
on the ground.
• Press the roll left and roll right arrows until the displayed roll angle indication matches the
actual roll angle of the aircraft. If your aircraft is perfectly level, this means that the horizon
should level and the ball centered.
