The EAGLE Open device is a wireless electronic accessory designed to be used with smartphones to control electronic doors, gates, and barriers. It is an innovative gate opener device that offers smart control capabilities.

Function Description:

The EAGLE Open device features dual outputs, allowing it to control either two separate electronic gates/garage doors or two functions of a single electronic gate/garage door. These outputs connect to the control input of the central electronics of the door/gate mover equipment. The device also includes two inputs, each associated with an output, which can be used to sense the state of the corresponding gate/door. These inputs are optional and can be enabled/disabled in the application.

The device is powered by a low-voltage power supply, preferably from the power supply output installed for this purpose on the connected control panel. If such an output is unavailable, an external power supply unit with an output voltage within the operational range specified in the technical specifications must be provided. The power supply input is polarity-independent.

The EAGLE Open device is operated via a dedicated Nold app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The app guides users through account creation, device connection, and setup. Once configured, the device's control outputs are mapped to virtual keys within the application, allowing users to control their gates/doors and share these virtual keys with other users.

Installation and Maintenance Features:

Installation:
1. Power Off: Before installation, power off the existing automatic gate opener system using the master switch or circuit breaker.
2. Wiring: Connect the gate opener wires to the device's connector. The outputs are dry contact relay outputs, and inputs are dry contact inputs. Refer to the wiring diagrams provided in the manual.
3. Plug Connector: Plug the wired connector into the Nold Open device with the control panel de-energized.
4. Secure Wires: Fasten the wires with a screwdriver.
5. Mount Device: Mount the Nold Open device on a wall using two screws.
  - Placement: Install as close as possible to the entry zone and away from metallic elements to avoid interference with Bluetooth® signals.
  - Environment: Suitable for both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor use, the device must be fitted below a weatherproof protective cover.
  - Height: Install at a height of at least 1.5 meters above ground level.
Application Setup: Download the Nold app, create an account, connect, and set up the device.
