The F3 remote display ensures that the most important
system functions are displayed even in the event of a
power failure. A key-operated switch can be used to block
emergency lighting during idle times. The F3 remote dis-
play thus fulfils the requirement that remote switching is
only permissible if actuation by unauthorised persons is not
possible. Blocking emergency operation does not affect
the battery conservation charge. A differential loop moni-
toring leads to the operational readiness of the system in
case of short circuit or wire break detection. LED displays:
System ready for operation, power source for safety pur-
poses, fault.
