Recommendation: Do not use this device in cooling mode if the ambient temperature is higher than
35°C, and in heating mode if the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C.
INSTALLATION
Always unplug the device before handling to prevent electric shock.
Installation requirements
Place the portable air-conditioner on a at and dry surface with a su cient amount of space around the
appliance to ensure the proper function of exhaust vents.
The distance between the device and surrounding objects must be at least 50 cm.
WARNING!
Do not leave the device unattended in areas occupied by people or animals, which can not react to the device
potentially falling. The device falling over in closed areas can cause extreme overheating or death.
Warning: before using the portable air-conditioner for the rst time, it must be left standing vertically
for at least 2 hours.
Keep the portable air-conditioner in avertical position when moving the device.

1. Remove the hot air exhaust tube Cclip and remove the plastic bag.
2. Direct the round opening at the end of the hot air exhaust tube to the rotating peg of the back cover and
place it on the back cover, while respecting the direction of the latch joints of the rotating peg on the back
cover (see g. 1).
Note: The latch of the exhaust tube is properly installed when the end latch joint at the end of the rotating
peg projects from the latch.
3. Turn the properly inserted exhaust tube C clip counter-clockwise so that the latch joint of the clip
successfully goes through the sliding ledge of the back cover (see g. 2).
Note: Do not turn the exhaust tube Cclip if it is not properly inserted. Risk of damaging the rotating peg on
the back cover and the exhaust tube clip.
