Problem Cause Correction
The air-conditioning unit
does not operate.
No power. Plug the device into alive outlet and
switch on.
The full water tank indicator does not
light up?
Drain the water accumulated inside
the device.
Is the ambient temperature too low? The recommended temperatures for
using this device are 10–35°C.
The room temperature is lower than
the temperature set (cooling mode).
Adjust the temperature settings.
Cooling is not e cient. The room is exposed to direct
sunlight.
Close the curtains.
The doors and windows are open, the
room is lled with people or other
heat sources are present (cooling
mode).
Close the windows and doors and add
additional air-conditioning units.
The ltration screen is very
contaminated.
Clean or replace the ltration screen.
The air inlet or outlet is clogged. Remove the obstacle.
Excessive noise. The air-conditioning unit is not placed
on a at surface.
Place the air-conditioning unit on
a at and solid surface (the noise level
can be reduced).
The compressor does not
operate.
Activating overheating protection. Wait 3 minutes until the temperature
drops, then turn the devic on.
Remote controller does
not operate.
Distance is too far. Move the remote controller closer to
the air-conditioning unit and make
sure the remote controller sensor is
directed towards the device.
The remote controller is not directed
at the remote controller sensor.
The batteries are dead. Replace the batteries.
Error E1 Tube temperature sensor error. Check the tube temperature sensor
and relating circuits.
Error E2 Room temperature sensor error. Check the room temperature sensor
and relating circuits.
Error E4 Protection against freezing. Operation is automatically restored
after defrosting.
