The cooling system could be dirty or plugged, or the spark arrestor screen could be plugged. Try cleaning or replacing the air filter, replacing the fuel filter, cleaning or replacing the fuel vent, cleaning and adjusting or replacing the spark plug, adjusting the carburetor, cleaning the cooling system, or replacing the spark arrestor screen to resolve the issue.
