Nylon Line Replacement
Wear gloves or personal injury may result:
• Cut-off knife is sharp.
Never use wire or wire-rope that can break off and become a
dangerous “projectile”. Serious injury can occur.
1. Cut one piece of line to
recommended length.
2.0 mm (0.080 in.) diameter 6 m (20 ft.).
2.4 mm (0.095 in.) diameter 6 m (20 ft.).
2. Align arrows (J) on top of knob with
openings in eyelets (K).
3. Insert one end of trimmer line into
an eyelet (K), and push line equal
distance through trimmer head.
4. Hold trimmer head while turning
knob clockwise to wind line onto
spool until about 13 cm (5 in.) of
each line remains exposed.
Trimmer head is now fully loaded and
ready for operation.
