Electricity remains in capacitors even when the power supply is off.
Ensure the capacitors are fully discharged before troubleshooting.

8. Troubleshooting
8.1 Safety Caution
WARNING
Test the voltage between P and N on back of the main PCB with multimeter. If the voltage is lower than
36V, the capacitors are fully discharged. For models that cannot be measured, wait 5 minutes after the
power supply is off to ensure that the capacitors are fully discharged.
Be sure to turn off all power supplies or disconnect all wires to avoid electric shock.
While checking indoor/outdoor PCB, please equip oneself with antistatic gloves or wrist
strap to avoid damage to the board.
