MT ERR L
Ø Positioner is improperly installed.
Ø Positioner is not parallel to the
ground at 50% point. Lever is at
lower position than actual 50% point.
Ø Re-install the positioner.
Ø Ensure the feedback lever does
not touch the lever stopper at 0%
and 100%.
MT ERR H
Ø Positioner is improperly installed.
Ø Positioner is not parallel to the
ground at 50% point. Lever is at
higher position than actual 50%
point.
Ø Re-install the positioner.
Ø Ensure the feedback leer does
not touch the lever stopper at 0%
and 100%.
CHK AIR
Ø Valve does not operate when
positioner receive “Full Open” signal
during the auto calibration.
Ø Check supply pressure level.
RNG ERR
Ø Operating angle is too small due to
improper positioner installation.
Ø Adjust bracket so the positioner
can be mounted closer to
actuator.

Error of 10% or more persists more than 1
minute.
Ø No valve movement.
Ø High level of valve friction
Ø Changes in setting pressure of actuator.
Ø Perform AUTO HF / BIAS calibration.
