PROBLEM CAUSE CORRECTION
System does not
regenerate.
1. No electric power. 1. Check power supply.
2. No/insu󰀩cient salt in brine tank. 2. Chech the amount of salt in brine
tank and add salt if needed.
3. Brine is not drawn during the
regeneration or not all brine is
drawn.

4. Control valve is out of order or
settings were changed.

settings (see the manual for the
control valve).
5. Brine tank is not relled or is relled
with less water than needed.

1. Low supply water pressure. 1. Check supply water pressure.
2. Brine injector or brine tube is
clogged.
2. Clean brine injector and/or brine
tube.
3. Clogged basket or salt crystals on
ball in air check valve.
3. Clean air check valve basket and/
or ball.
4. High pressure drop on the lter
(control valve, distributors or lter
media are clogged).

5. Brine line is not airtight so air is
injected.
5. Check airtightness of the drain line.
6. Control valve settings were
changed.
6. Increase brine stage duration.

отрегулировать рассольный клапан.

Перепрограммировать
управляющий клапан, опустить
поплавок рассольного клапана.

Уменьшить давление исходной
воды.
2. Изменены настройки
управляющего клапана или

Перепрограммировать
