  First, ensure that your monitor is turned on and the monitor cable is securely connected to the PC. Next, verify that the VGA adapter card (if you're using one) is properly inserted. Listen for beep sounds, and if you're using an internal PC speaker, make sure it's connected. Continuous 3 short beeps indicate memory not detected, while 1 long beep and 8 short beeps suggest VGA is not detected.

  The CPU may be overheating, causing it to shut down as a protective measure. Apply thermal grease to the CPU heatsink and ensure the CPU fan is securely connected and functioning correctly while the system is running. You can also try disabling the Smartfan function in the BIOS settings to allow the fan to run at its default speed; loading optimized defaults will also disable Smartfan.

  Clear the CMOS values using the CLR_CMOS jumper. Check the CPU cooler fan for dust, as long-term accumulation can reduce its cooling effectiveness; clean or replace it if necessary. Ensure that the 12V power & ATX connectors are fully inserted into the motherboard connectors and latched securely. Try removing the hard drive, optical drive, or DDR memory to identify if any of these components are causing the issue. Inspect for any bulged electrolytic capacitors or other abnormal components.
