IGMP (Layer 3)

ip igmp This command enables IGMP on a VLAN interface. Use the no form of this
command to disable IGMP on the specified interface.

Command Usage
◆ IGMP (including query functions) can be enabled for specific VLAN interfaces at
Layer 3 through the ip igmp command.
◆ When a multicast routing protocol, such as PIM, is enabled, IGMP is also
enabled.
