Error Codes
The air conditioner may display an error code if it is not operating
correctly. Below are the list of error codes and their description.
Drain and empty the water
reservoir. If “H8” continues please
contact customer service
Malfunction of ambient
temperature sensor
Please contact customer service
Malfunction of
evaporator temperature
sensor
Please contact customer service
Refrigerant is leaking
or system is blocked
Please contact customer service
Overload protection for
compressor
If the unit is working in a high-
temperature and high-humidity
environment, power off the unit
and start it after the ambient
temperature drops below 90° F.
Also check the evaporator and
condenser to ensure they are not
blocked by any objects. If “H3” or
“E8” continues please contact
customer service
Malfunction of outdoor
temperature sensor
