6.2 – SPECIFIC RULES
For maintenance, refer to the following documentation:
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
COMPONENT INTERVAL TYPE OF CHECK OR MAINTENANCE
Hydraulic pump 1000 h
Make sure that there are no changes in noise and check the tightness of nuts and bolts.
Check malfunction and possible replacement or revision by a specialized center.
Hydraulic fittings 500 h Check tightening.
Cylinder gaskets 1000 h
Verify that there are no leaks. In this case arrange replacement.
Pump oil level 100 h
Check oil level and top up if necessary with another recommended type.
Pump oil filter 1000 h
Cleaning with pressurized air jet and replacement every 2 cleaning.
Hydraulic circuit 1000 h
Check that there are no oil leaks inside the circuit. Check the integrity of the gaskets and, if
necessary, replace them.
Electric circuit 500 h
Verify that there are no visual damage inside the circuit.
6.2.1 – RECOMMENDED OIL
Below some of the recommended equivalent hydraulic oils. If a type of oil listed below is not available, use an oil with viscosity of 32 cst at 40 ° C
according to ISO 3448-ISO VG 32

Esso Nuto 46 / Hydraulioil 46
Fina hydran 46
Klockner Rando oil HDA 46
Raab karcher Aval Vitamin GF 46
CAUTION
It is recommended to replace hydraulic oil completely and clean the tank every 2 years, or every 2000 hours of
operation. The used oil must be disposed according to the regulations in force.
6.3 – CLEANING
To guarantee correct machine operation, it is advisable to carry out periodic cleaning: the machine must be properly cleaned at least once a month. For
cleaning operations use cloths.
Check frequently all mechanisms and eliminate any foreign bodies (dust, welding residues, oil leaks) that could cause malfunctions.
In particular, it is recommended to clean the chromium-plated stem of the hydraulic cylinder. If not leaks may occur from the seals with consequent
malfunctions. It is recommended to clean frequently the sliding ways of the sliders.
7 – DISMANTLING
In case of demolition of the machine, it is necessary to make it non-operative by removing the connections for feeding and emptying the oil tank
(dispose the liquid according to national regulations in force).
Then disassemble the machine and the pump, subdividing various components into groups, distinguish different materials they are composed of.
DANGER
Do not dispose used oil in the environment.
The exhausted oil that is extracted from the machine during the oil
change, must be treated as a polluting product, therefore it must be disposed in according to the provisions of the
legislation in force in the country where the lift was installed. Dispose all materials to authorized and specialized
centers in compliance with current national regulations.
