N) The warning light 1 flashes quickly,
the warning lights 2, 3, 4, and 7 are lighted permanently
and a continuous acoustic alarm is emitted Biiiiiiiip
CAUSE
The DMU does not receive any pressure/angle value relating to jib.
! FAILURE ANALYSIS
If the computer is connected to crane (tools sensor diagnostics DMU hardware) two error
states are displayed:
- “1” appears next to: “pressure sensors disconnected”
- “1” appears next to: “jib angular sensor disconnected”
CHECK
Check that the error states disappear on computer when carrying out the electric by-passes on tran-
sducer and angular sensor connecting cables, as outlined in Chapter 17.
If only one or both error states continue, the connecting cable is damaged.
SOLUTION
Restore electric connection.
