What to do if warning light 1 flashes quickly and lights 2, 3, 4, and 7 are on with a continuous alarm on my Effer DMU 2000?
    • R
      rebeccadawsonSep 4, 2025
If warning light 1 flashes quickly while lights 2, 3, 4, and 7 are permanently on with a continuous alarm, the DMU is receiving an anomalous angle value related to the jib position. Replace the angular sensor.

What to do if the Effer Industrial Equipment was restarted too quickly after being switched off?
    • D
      Dr. Savannah MurphySep 18, 2025
Turn off the DMU and restart it electrically after at least three seconds.

Why is warning light 3 flashing without an acoustic alarm on my Effer DMU 2000 Industrial Equipment?
    • J
      Joshua BeanSep 16, 2025
If the warning light 3 flashes and no acoustic alarm is emitted, it indicates a faulty encoder for crane slewing. If fault can not be found out, get in touch with an EFFER authorized workshop immediately.

What to do if warning light 3 flashes during the first slewing after start-up on my Effer Industrial Equipment?
    • M
      Megan JordanSep 14, 2025
If, after switching on the unit, during the first slewing, the warning light 3 flashes, the warning lights 1, 2, 4, and 7 are lit permanently, and a continuous acoustic alarm is emitted, it means that the rotary sensor reads an uncorrect value (out of range). If fault can not be found out, get in touch with an EFFER authorized workshop immediately.

    Carmen WrightSep 13, 2025
Why are warning lights 1, 2, 3, and 7 flashing with an intermittent alarm related to the electronic hook on my Effer Industrial Equipment?
    • L
      laurenjonesSep 13, 2025
If warning lights 1, 2, 3, and 7 flash in sequence with an intermittent alarm related to the electronic hook, possible causes include: 1) Low pin battery. 2) Communication error between DMU and pin. 3) Radio communication error between pin and its receiver. Charge or replace the pin battery using the appropriate cable.

What causes issues when slewing into a downgraded work area on my Effer DMU 2000?
    • J
      Jennifer JohnsonSep 12, 2025
If issues arise when slewing into a downgraded work area controlled by two proximity switches, there's a short circuit in the electrical wiring. Replace the proximity switches.

    Gerald MaynardSep 9, 2025
Why is warning light 1 flashing quickly and lights 2, 3, 4, and 7 are permanently lit with a continuous alarm on my Effer Industrial Equipment?
    • E
      Emily Edwards MDSep 9, 2025
If warning light 1 flashes quickly, and warning lights 2, 3, 4, and 7 are permanently lit accompanied by a continuous alarm, it means the DMU is not receiving any pressure/angle value relating to the jib. Restore the electric connection.
  • J
    James NewtonSep 7, 2025
What to do if warning light 1 flashes quickly even though the jib is not fitted on my Effer DMU 2000?
    • M
      Megan WalshSep 7, 2025
If warning light 1 flashes quickly, lights 2, 3, 4, and 7 are on, and there's an intermittent alarm, even though the jib isn't fitted, the DMU is still receiving a pressure value from the jib cylinder. Replace the electronic card.

Why is warning light 2 flashing quickly while lights 1, 3, 4, and 7 are on with a continuous alarm on my Effer DMU 2000 Industrial Equipment?
    • A
      Alexa NelsonSep 6, 2025
If warning light 2 flashes quickly and warning lights 1, 3, 4, and 7 are on permanently accompanied by a continuous alarm, the DMU is receiving an anomalous angle value related to the second boom position. Replace the angular sensor.

What to do if warning lights 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 are permanently lit on my Effer Industrial Equipment?
    • T
      tiffany42Aug 21, 2025
If warning lights 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 are permanently lit without an acoustic alarm, it indicates a short circuit between the DMU and a solenoid valve on the crane (HSS, main discharge, first boom discharge, etc.). Restore the solenoid valve's electrical connections. If the problem persists, the DMU central unit may need replacement.
