Why does warning light 3 flash quickly during the first boom rise on my Effer DMU 2000?
    • J
      jared93Sep 2, 2025
If warning light 3 flashes quickly during the first boom rise maneuver, and warning lights 1, 2, 4, and 7 are lit with a continuous alarm, the DMU is receiving an anomalous pressure value from the first boom cylinder. Replace the pressure transducer.

    Krista HansonAug 31, 2025
What does it mean if warning light 2 flashes quickly and lights 1, 3, 4, and 7 are on with a continuous alarm on my Effer DMU 2000 Industrial Equipment?
    • R
      Robert FowlerAug 31, 2025
If warning light 2 flashes quickly while lights 1, 3, 4, and 7 are permanently on with a continuous alarm, the DMU is receiving an anomalous pressure value from the second boom cylinder. Replace the pressure transducer.

Why is warning light 1 flashing quickly while lights 2, 3, 4, and 7 are on with a continuous alarm on my Effer DMU 2000?
    • B
      Brenda OwenAug 29, 2025
If warning light 1 flashes quickly and warning lights 2, 3, 4, and 7 are on permanently accompanied by a continuous alarm, the DMU is receiving an anomalous pressure value from the jib cylinder. Replace the pressure transducer.

What does it mean if warning lights 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 are flashing quickly with a continuous alarm on my Effer Industrial Equipment?
    • M
      Mr. Scott HenryAug 27, 2025
If warning lights 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 are flashing quickly and a continuous acoustic alarm is sounding, it means a crane control bank lever is not in its central position because a microswitch is operated in both directions. Replace the faulty microswitch fitted to the control bank.

What does it mean if warning light 3 flashes quickly and lights 1, 2, 4, and 7 are on with a continuous alarm on my Effer Industrial Equipment?
    • J
      Jeffrey ShawAug 27, 2025
If warning light 3 flashes quickly while lights 1, 2, 4, and 7 are permanently on with a continuous alarm, the DMU isn't receiving a pressure value from the first boom cylinder. Replace the pressure transducer or restore the electric connection between the DMU and the pressure transducer.

    Andrea SmithAug 25, 2025
What to do if warning lights 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 are flashing slowly with a continuous alarm on my Effer Industrial Equipment?
    • K
      Kari PriceAug 25, 2025
If warning lights 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 are flashing slowly accompanied by a continuous acoustic alarm, the DMU is indicating that a crane control bank lever is not in the central position. This is due to a microswitch behind a control bank lever being operated. Replace the faulty microswitch fitted to the control bank.

Why does the jib load limiting device activate on my Effer Industrial Equipment with a lower load than allowed?
    • M
Mr. Christopher Mueller MDAug 22, 2025
If the jib load limiting device activates with a load lower than allowed, the DMU is receiving an anomalous pressure value from the jib cylinder, higher than expected for the applied load. Replace the electronic card to resolve this issue.
