Q) At startup (or suddenly during normal work operations)
the warning lights 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 are lighted up permanently
and no acoustic alarm is emitted.
CAUSE
There is a short circuit between the DMU and the solenoid valve tted to the crane (HSS, main discharge,
rst boom discharge, ….)
! FAILURE ANALYSIS
If the computer is connected to crane (tools sensor diagnostics DMU hardware) the two error
states are displayed:
- “1” appears next to: “Feedback internal error”
- “1” appears next to: “Category 2 internal error”
CHECK
Check solenoid valve electric connections and their electric cable.
SOLUTION
Restore solenoid valve electric connections: otherwise the replacement of DMU central unit is requi-
red.
