  If both the copier power switch and Fiery X3eTY power switch are in the On position, but the Fiery X3eTY does not start up, check all cables and connections and ensure the copier is connected to a power source. If the connections are correct, power off/on the copier.

  If the clock is slow, and the time listed on the Configuration page is earlier or later than the actual time, replace the battery on the motherboard and then update the time in Fiery X3eTY Setup. If replacing the battery doesn't solve the problem, replace the motherboard.
