Why Ego Power+ HT2400 Trimmer doesn’t work?

Your Ego Power+ Trimmer might not be working due to several reasons: the battery pack may not be attached, there is no electrical contact between the trimmer and battery, the battery pack is depleted or too hot, the trimmer is too hot, the switch levers are not depressed simultaneously, or the blade is jammed. To resolve this, ensure the battery pack is attached correctly. If that doesn't work, remove the battery, check the contacts, and reinstall it. Charge the battery if depleted, or allow it to cool if it's too hot (below 152°F/67°C). If the trimmer is too hot, let it cool down (below 170.6°F/77°C). Ensure both switch levers are depressed simultaneously. If the blade is jammed, remove the battery, carefully remove the obstruction, and restart the tool.
