  If your Ego Power+ Trimmer head isn't advancing the line, try these solutions: * Grass might be tangled around the motor shaft or trimmer head. Stop the trimmer, remove the battery, and clean these components. * There might not be enough line on the spool. Remove the battery and replace the cutting line. * The trimmer head could be dirty. Remove the battery and clean the spool, lower cover assembly, and upper cover. * The line may be tangled within the trimmer head assembly. Remove the battery, take out the line from the spool, and rewind it. * The line may be too short. Remove the battery and manually pull the lines while alternately pressing down and releasing the trimmer head.

  If you're having trouble loading the line into your Ego Power+ Trimmer head, make sure: * The string line is correctly inserted into the mounting hole in the eyelet. Align the LOAD lines with the eyelets first, then insert the line into the mounting hole located inside the eyelet. * The spool retainer’s LOAD lines align with the eyelets in the spool base. Rotate the spool retainer in the direction of the arrow to align them.

Make sure to align the LOAD lines with the eyelets first, then insert the line into the mounting hole located inside the eyelet. Another reason could be that the spool retainer’s LOAD lines do not align with the eyelets in the spool base. Rotate the spool retainer in the direction of the arrow to align the LOAD lines on the spool retainer with the eyelets in the spool base.

  Your Ego Power+ Trimmer might not start due to several reasons: * The battery pack may not be properly attached. Ensure it's securely connected to the power head. * There might be poor electrical contact. Remove the battery, inspect the contacts, and reinstall it until it clicks into place. * The battery could be drained. Charge it using compatible EGO chargers. * You may not be pressing the lock-off lever and trigger simultaneously. Press and hold the lock-off lever, then squeeze the trigger.
