Remove motherboard from PC case if no cutout is present.
Install Intel backplate for LGA-115x socket to motherboard back.
Install 4x LGA-115x mounting thumb screws through motherboard to backplate.
Attach fans to radiator using UNC 6-32 x 30mm screws.
Remove protective cover from pump unit backside to protect thermal compound.
Use four M4x4 screws to install two Intel brackets onto the pump unit.
Align pump unit over mounting screws and CPU, then secure with springs and thumb nuts.
Mount the radiator and fan assembly into the PC case using screws.
Connect the pump's PWM and D-RGB cables to the motherboard or HUB.
Connect fan PWM and D-RGB cables to the HUB or motherboard.
Apply thermal compound if performing a second installation or if pre-applied paste is damaged.
Install 4x LGA-20XX mounting thumb screws into M4 threaded stubs on the socket.
Remove original plastic hold-down clamps from the AMD socket using a screwdriver.
Install 4x mounting thumb screws for AMD AM4 socket onto the motherboard.
Attach fans to the radiator using UNC 6-32 x 30mm screws.
Remove protective cover from pump unit backside to protect thermal compound.
Use four M4x4 screws to install two AMD brackets onto the pump unit.
Align pump unit over mounting screws and CPU, then secure with springs and thumb nuts.
Mount the radiator and fan assembly into the PC case using screws.
Connect the pump's PWM and D-RGB cables to the motherboard or HUB.
Connect fan PWM and D-RGB cables to the HUB or motherboard.
