Why ElectrIQ SF12000 cooling effect is not good?
    • J
      Jeanne NicholsAug 3, 2025
If your ElectrIQ Air Conditioner isn't cooling effectively, consider these factors: direct sunlight can impact cooling, so use curtains to reduce heat. Open doors or windows, a crowded room, or other heat sources like fridges can also affect performance, so close doors/windows and increase the air conditioning power. A dirty filter screen reduces cooling efficiency, so clean or replace it. Finally, ensure that the air inlet and outlet aren't blocked and that the venting is correct, with no bends in the hose.

What to do if ElectrIQ SF12000 does not work?
    • L
      Lisa EvansAug 18, 2025
If your ElectrIQ Air Conditioner isn't working, first, ensure it's properly connected to a live electrical socket. If the display shows 'E4', you need to discharge the water inside. Also, the unit should only be used within a temperature range of 7-35°C (44-95°F). In cooling mode, make sure the room temperature isn't lower than the set temperature. Finally, in dry mode, the ambient temperature must be above 16°C (60°F).
