Get inside the
diagnostic cycle and
go to step 6. Is the
motor turning and
the drum not
moving?
YES
Empty the machine.
Verify the air trap
system and the
pressure switch
hoses. Is the system
free?
-see fig.2-
Clean the air trap
system and/or the
pressure switch
hose and run again
the diagnostic cycle.
Change/refit the
drive belt and run
again the diagnostic
cycle to check for
further alarm
conditions.

Measure across
connector J7-2 and
the machine
structure and across
connector J7-8 and
the machine
structure, are there
any current
leakage?
-see fig.6-
Replace the
analogic pressure
switch and run again
the diagnostic cycle
to check for further
alarm conditions.
Check/replace the
wiring and run the
diagnostic cycle
again to check for
further alarm
conditions.

least 30-sec. during drum movement.
