If you experience reduced flow from the dispenser of your ELGA Water Filtration System, you should check the inlet water strainer. If your system has a POU filter, replace it. Also, replace the UF or UMF filter if fitted. If the issue persists, the pump may be worn, and you should contact Customer Services.
