• Clean lens on IR sensor
• Unplug unit for at least 30 seconds and restart
• If error repeats, replace IR sensor
E013 Missing or Incompatible Filter • Check that filter is installed correctly (label facing forward, white tag
facing back)
• Unplug unit for at least 30 seconds and restart
• Replace filter
• Replace filter head assembly with repair kit
• If error repeats, contact certified service professional
