  If the Elma Steam Cleaner (for basic P-HP machines with a pump) pump stops delivering water, check the water supply to ensure it's open. Also, if the machine was turned on with an empty pressure tank, causing the pump to exceed its 2-minute limit, perform an initial filling with approximately 2 liters of water and reset the pump by switching the mains power switch off and then on again. Ensure higher water pressure. If the issue persists, the sieve in the water connection may be clogged.
