  If your Eltron Label Maker stops printing and the POWER indicator turns Orange or Red, there might be a few reasons. It could be a problem with the label gap sensor, so try performing an AutoSense adjustment. Alternatively, the issue might stem from the label stock itself; ensure you're using only Eltron approved labels and tags. A label jam or a software problem could also be the cause.

  If your Eltron Label Maker continues to print and feed labels unexpectedly, the issue might be due to a label being caught on the label gap sensor inside the mechanism. A software problem could also be the cause.
