Reference Conditions Single standard probe, 77 °F (25 °C) in water and ambient pressure
Reference Accuracy ± 0.12 in. (3 mm) or 0.03% of measured distance, whichever is greatest

Measuring Range
Transition Zones Transition zones are areas where
measurements are non-linear or
have reduced accuracy. See
picture and Table 7 on page 29
If measurements are desired at the
very top of the tank, it is possible to
mechanically extend the nozzle
and use the coaxial probe. Then
the upper transition zone is moved
into the extension.
