The Profile Panel
The top panel of the Prole Tab shows the currently loaded Prole.

If no Prole has been built for the ER5000, the default Prole
will show a single END command in the Prole window. Every Prole must
include the END command as its nal segment.
CAUTION
A Profile will not run the ER5000 until it has been downloaded to
the controller’s control board. Unlike most fields and controls in the
ERTune™ program, the Profile Builder does not have real-time control
over the ER5000.
A Profile must be downloaded or saved when it is complete!
Otherwise it will be deleted when you exit the ERTune™ program.
Profiles are only stored in your computer’s short term memory until
they are downloaded or saved.
The Profile Window
The Prole Window shows the command lines of the currently
loaded Prole. Selecting a command in the window opens it for
editing in the Prole Builder. Scroll bars appear when the line
count goes beyond the frame of the window.
There are also ve buttons in the panel:
Print
Prints the contents of the Prole Window.
Upload
Loads the Prole from the control board of the ER5000 into the
Prole Window.
Download
Downloads the contents of the Prole Window to the control
board of the ER5000.
Open
Opens a previously saved Prole. Proles are saved in a text
format with the .sav le extension.
Save
Saves the contents of the Prole Window to a text le. Proles are
saved to the PC with the .sav le extension.
