ENACFIRE F2 - Troubleshooting Common Issues

Please follow below steps when both earphones fail to pair with each
other or occur connection related issues
1. Turn off Bluetooth to disconnect the earphones
2. Touch either one earphone to power off both earphones
3. Touch and hold the power button of both earphones for 10
seconds with prompt sound ‘Power on first and then Power off
4. Putthe earphones back to the charging case
5. Delete ‘ENACFIRE F2 Bluetooth name from your phone
6. Turn on Bluetooth and reconnect the earphones
